Investing in your mental health is one of the most important decisions you can make. Below, you’ll find my pricing.
Individual Therapy – $235.00 (50-minute session)
Family Therapy – $235.00 (50-minute session)
EDMR Therapy –
- $235.00 (50-minute session)
- $350.00 (75-minute session)
Emotion Focused Family Therapy Parent Coaching
- Initial Introductory Session: $235.00 (50-minute session)
- Subsequent EFFT Session: $350.00 (75-minute session)
Reports/Letters/Consultations/Case Conferences/Phone Calls – billed in 15 minute increments at the regular session rate
Insurance and Payment Information
For client convenience, direct billing is offered with most major insurance providers. Your fees may be fully or partially covered by your employee health benefits or other extended health care coverage. To determine your coverage, please review your benefit plan or consult your HR department. After each session, you will receive an electronic invoice and receipt for reimbursement submission.
I am also an approved contract provider for Family Services for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), which covers a portion of the full counselling rate. Any fees not covered by FSCD can often be submitted to most benefit companies or paid privately. Please refer to your benefit provider and FSCD for coverage details.

Payment Methods and Policies
I accept payments by cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card. Please note that all sessions must be paid for prior to the start of the session.
Cancellation Policy:
If you miss an appointment or do not provide 24 hours’ notice, the session must be paid in full or will be billed on the contracted invoice. If you need to reschedule, I will make every effort to accommodate you at the next available time.
